In a world fueled by smartphones, social media, and all things tech, doing business the “old fashioned” way has long been forgotten by most. But at Pure Gelato, the term certainly still holds strong – as mass production and large batch creation have no place among our high standards.
We proudly tout doing things the old fashioned way, using imported Italian machinery. Why? Because when something works well, there is no need to try and cut corners. Our production facility allows for batches as small as 5 litres, and even if you need it “now,” we can get it done within a reasonably short of notice.
